Dr. Obadiora possesses a Nigeria Certificate in Education, Bachelor of Education in Social Studies, Master of Education in Curriculum Studies and Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum Studies. He has concentrated his research efforts on Curriculum Development, Implementation and Evaluation with emphasis on qualitative and quantitative approach to research, teaching and learning process. Dr. Obadiora is a dynamic scholar that gives attention to current environmental and other social issues. He recommends functional education as a tool for sustainable development. He is a member of some Professional Bodies such as Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and Social Studies Association of Nigeria (SOSAN).
